These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Biblewhere website, platform, applications, and services (collectively, the "Service"), operated by Carta Digital Ltd., an authorized partner and exclusive digital licensee of Carta Jerusalem. (For the purposes of these Terms, "Carta," "we," "us," or "our" refers to Carta Digital Ltd., though certain rights and protections herein extend to Carta Jerusalem as the licensor of the Content).
By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
The Service is intended for users aged 18 and above. Minors may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

The Service and all content are provided "as is" and "as available". Carta does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated summaries will be 100% accurate.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Carta Digital Ltd.'s total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the Service during the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. In no event shall Carta Jerusalem Ltd. be liable for any claims arising from the technical operation of the Service by Carta Digital Ltd.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Carta and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Jerusalem, Israel.
Carta may modify these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of material changes via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
